After receiving the Letter of Demand from Employer, We apply the Department of Labor (DOL), Nepal for prior approval to us on being satisfied with the credibility of the terms and conditions mentioned in Demand Letter are as of the rules and regulations of government of Nepal. Selection of Candidates
We maintain an up to date databank of potential candidates with fully information on their skills like education, technical know and experience .As per the clients criteria, S.P.M overseas Pvt. Ltd. shall short list candidates doing pre-interview. During pre- screen, we short list the candidates purely on merit basis giving equal opportunity to all. The final interview for sort listed candidates will be conducted by the employer himself of his representative by taking an oral, written and practical test.
Only selected candidates will be sent for full medical examination to the recognized hospital or clinic. The candidates who are physically and medical himself fit for employment are eligible to sign the employment contract.
As soon as visa endorsed passport or paper are received we give the booking to our travel agent or directly to concerned airline to confirm the seat form Nepal to the nearest port of the Employing Country. After the flight is confirmed, we send flight detail to our clients requesting them to receive workers at the airport
